Should you be unhappy with your purchase, please contact us by phone or email within 14 days of receipt stating your reasons for return. We will then – providing it is unused and in its original packaging – give a full refund including your return postage cost. We would recommend you use a recorded method of posting which would require a signature upon arrival at our premises.
If the item you have purchased has arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt by phone or email detailing the product and its problem. The faulty/damaged item will need to be returned with or in its original packaging (we would recommend you use a recorded method of posting which would require a signature upon arrival at our premises) whereby on receipt, a replacement item or full refund will be issued.
