
Should you be unhappy with your purchase, please contact us by phone or email within 14 days of receipt stating your reasons for return. We will then providing it is unused and in its original packaging give a full refund including your return postage cost. We would recommend you use a recorded method of posting which would require a signature upon arrival at our premises.
If the item you have purchased has arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt by phone or email detailing the product and its problem. The faulty/damaged item will need to be returned with or in its original packaging (we would recommend you use a recorded method of posting which would require a signature upon arrival at our premises) whereby on receipt, a replacement item or full refund will be issued.
