By registering your details with us on our website you agree to us retaining your details to aid the processing of your order. We will not share your sensitive information with third parties outside the confines of Maldon Cookshop Ltd other than delivery details to our delivery/courier partners and payment details to our ecommerce partners Skypay and Barclaycard Merchant services (see Payment & Prices). We may contact you with information relating to your order.
All information is in accordance by the Data Protection Act 1998.
Payment & Prices
Prices quoted on the website are correct at the time of viewing and will be the price you will pay at the checkout (plus delivery charges). We aim to keep prices competitive and fair. All prices are quoted in UK pounds (Sterling) and include VAT at the UK rate of 17.5%.
We accept most major credit/debit cards and all our online transactions are dealt with by our ecommerce partners Skypay and Barclaycard Merchant Services (BMS). The checkout process is performed on the secure server at Skypay, which will encrypt all your details making it impossible for them to be intercepted by other computers. BMS will validate your payment details and allow us to proceed with your order.
Payment can also be accepted by cheque, made payable to Maldon Cookshop Ltd (please write your address and telephone number on the back) and send with details of your order to:

Every effort will be made to ensure that products shown on our website are in stock at the time of order. Should we find that an item you have ordered is not available (out of stock) we would notify you as soon as possible. In this instance you wll be given an alternative delivery date or the opportunity of cancelling your order with a full refund if the payment transaction has already taken place.
